Welcome to the Women Leaders in Law Enforcement (WLLE) Training Symposium Information Page!

The purpose of the Training Symposium is to bring together law enforcement professionals in a supportive and empowering environment, enabling us all to learn from the knowledge and experience of others. WLLE is a unique opportunity to network and connect with women and men who can help you succeed in your future endeavors. The symposium's goal is to continue to provide dynamic, contemporary training presented by subject matter experts in their fields and designed to help develop both professional and sworn members of the law enforcement community. 

This year's theme is "The Challenge of Change".

COVID-19 Requirements

All WLLE 2022 attendees, exhibitors, speakers and guests will be required to show proof of vaccination or negative test to attend the in-person conference (based upon state guidelines at the time of the event). Face mask requirements will also follow local guidance at the time of the event. 

Attire

The overall attire for WLLE is business casual. We encourage attendees to wear class A uniforms for the Opening Ceremony only. Should you have any additional questions regarding attire please feel free to contact Meghan Kalmbacher at mkalmbacher@californiapolicechiefs.org.
