Cal Chiefs has partnered with the Drucker School of Management at Claremont Graduate University in Southern California to offer you an exceptional career development program. This one-of-a-kind west coast Executive Leadership Institute (ELI) is a premier program designed to enhance your leadership skills. Conducted in a rigorous academic setting, this two-week executive leadership experience brings together an array of relevant subject matter experts to enrich your experience on a personal and professional level.
”ELI was absolutely the best leadership course I have ever attended. The quality of the instructors, the value of the networking, and the benefit of the class discussions were outstanding. I was forced to look internally and quickly realized that I need to change some things. The most important thing about this course is that it almost forces you to go back to your organization on Monday morning and make a difference. I would absolutely recommend this course to any executive in law enforcement.” Ryan Weeks, Commander, Ventura Police Department
